Different challenge, different scope

You may not need an entire ISR. You may need a specific result.

The full-time ISR model covers ongoing sales-support work. Result-Based is for projects where the needed output can be defined and measured independently.

Need targeted prospect data for an expansion?

Define a market, required account/contact information, and what qualifies as an accepted research output.

Need outbound campaign results?

Agree on the campaign objective and measurable response or lead outcomes—not just messages sent.

Need a database repaired?

Define which records and fields need cleaning, verification, or appending, with clear acceptance rules.

Available work

Three core capabilities. Different ways to define the result.

Result-Based does not mean lead generation alone. The scope can focus on one core service or a combination, depending on the project.

Lead Generation

Research relevant target accounts and provide agreed information-qualified lead records, validated against defined acceptance criteria.

Email Campaign & CRM

Execute a defined outbound campaign and agree which conversion milestone counts as the result—for example, accepted interested responses or qualified handoffs, when included in scope.

Data Cleaning & Appending

Deliver agreed cleaned, verified, or enriched data records with measurable field-completeness and acceptance requirements.

What counts as a result? The answer is different for each project. An information-qualified lead is not the same as an interested reply, a booked meeting, a sales-qualified opportunity, or a closed deal. We define the billable unit precisely before kickoff.

Commercial clarity

No confusing promises about “results.”

A useful Result-Based agreement makes expectations measurable for both sides. Payment is tied to results that satisfy the mutually agreed definition, rather than to an open-ended monthly staffing allocation.

  • Define the result unit and what information or action qualifies.
  • Agree the quantity, quality requirements, and exclusions.
  • Set the review and acceptance process.
  • Specify when a completed result becomes billable.

The contract governs scope, payment triggers, agreed rates, revisions/replacements, and exceptions. Sales or revenue outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly contracted.

Result-Based Project or Dedicated ISR?

Both are LeadGeeks engagement models. The best choice depends on whether you want a defined outcome or ongoing, integrated support.

Outcome-linked

Result-Based Project

Best when your request has a specific, measurable result or defined project need.

  • Scope and acceptance criteria agreed up front
  • Can focus on one service or a specific combination
  • Payment linked to accepted results under the agreement
  • No fixed monthly ISR capacity commitment
Ongoing support

Dedicated ISR

Best when you want a dedicated resource supporting your sales workflow continuously.

  • Fixed monthly fee for agreed full-time capacity
  • Lead Generation + Email Campaign & CRM + Data Cleaning & Appending
  • Ongoing coordination, priorities, and performance review
  • Integrated collaboration with your sales team

Common questions

Before we get started

Clear expectations help everyone get more value from the engagement.

Does Result-Based mean I only pay if LeadGeeks delivers an accepted result?

The model links payment to the result defined in your agreement. Exact billable units, acceptance rules, agreed result rates, and exceptions are documented in the commercial proposal and contract.

Is this only for lead-generation projects?

No. Result-Based Projects can be defined for Lead Generation, Email Campaign & CRM, Data Cleaning & Appending, or an agreed combination.

What counts as a successful email campaign result?

It depends on the agreement. A qualified response, accepted lead handoff, or another clearly defined conversion milestone may be used. Email sends and open rates should not automatically be treated as sales opportunities.

Do you guarantee meetings, purchases, or revenue?

Not by default. Meeting, sale, or revenue guarantees should never be inferred from this service name. Any such commitment must be explicitly defined and agreed.

Can a project include just one service?

Yes. A Result-Based Project may focus on a single need rather than the full ISR scope.

What if I need ongoing support after the project?

We can discuss a new Result-Based scope or the Dedicated ISR model, depending on your needs and workload.
