LeadGeeks / Trade Show Lead Capture & Pre-Event Meeting Booking

Arrive at your next trade show with meetings already in motion.

Your team should spend the event meeting the right people—not starting the prospect search on the exhibition floor. LeadGeeks researches relevant companies, reaches out to potential contacts, and coordinates meeting opportunities before the show begins.

The event-day challenge

You have limited time at the event. Don’t waste it finding out who to meet.

For technical B2B exhibitions, access to relevant decision-makers can matter more than how many people visit your booth.

Your ideal buyers may never visit your booth.

Relying on walk-by traffic alone can leave important opportunities unexplored.

Your sales team is busy preparing demos and conversations.

Building lists and sending invitations competes with high-value preparation work.

Cold introductions on the day create unnecessary friction.

Proactive contact and coordination can give both sides more context before meeting.

What you gain

More purpose behind every hour at the show.

LeadGeeks supports the work that helps your team arrive with a better-informed and better-organized meeting agenda.

Relevant people to meet

Research aligned to your target companies, applications, territories, and relevant contacts.

Outreach before the event

Personalized invitations and coordinated communication to explore meeting interest ahead of time.

A clearer event calendar

Meeting details and prospect context organized for your representatives to act on during the show.

What LeadGeeks handles

We make the introduction. Your team owns the conversation.

We work as the coordination partner between your team and prospective business contacts before the event, so the people representing your company can focus on productive in-person discussions.

  • Identify relevant event-connected companies and contacts.
  • Research decision-makers and prospective business fit.
  • Reach out before the event and communicate meeting invitations.
  • Coordinate responses, availability, and meeting arrangements.
  • Provide meeting details and useful background for your representatives.

Contact availability, event information, prospect interest, and meeting acceptance can vary. Confirmed meetings cannot be guaranteed.

What is—and is not—included

Clear scope. No surprise assumptions.

This page focuses on prospecting and meeting arrangements before the trade show.

Core pre-event support

Event-related target research, prospect contact identification, agreed outreach, meeting coordination, and preparation of meeting handoff information.

Separate or optional scope

On-site booth staffing, attendance as your sales representative, post-event nurturing, CRM administration, and continued outbound campaigns require separate agreement when needed.

Meeting quantities, target criteria, response handling, and event schedule are defined during scoping. LeadGeeks can support trade-show-related work without guaranteeing prospect attendance.

Common questions

Before we get started

Clear expectations help everyone get more value from the engagement.

Do you contact potential buyers before the trade show?

Yes. Pre-event prospecting and meeting coordination are central to this service. LeadGeeks handles agreed research and outreach before the show.

Will LeadGeeks attend the trade show for us?

Not under the core pre-event service. Your representatives typically attend the meetings. On-site support would require an additional agreed scope.

Can you guarantee a number of booked meetings?

Meeting volume depends on prospect interest, access to contacts, event participation, and agreed targeting. Any specific targets or commercial commitments must be documented in a proposal.

Do you work only with exhibitors?

The target universe is agreed for each event and may involve relevant exhibitors, participating companies, or prospective attendees when dependable contact information is available.

Can you work with our existing target account list?

Yes. We can use your priorities and identify additional relevant contacts where appropriate.

Do you provide follow-up after the event?

Post-event follow-up is not part of this core pre-event service. It can be discussed separately through Email Campaign & CRM or a defined additional scope.
